Costa Rica *

Costa Rica is not simply a destination; it is an invitation.

In misted cloud forests and volcanic breath, along wind-swept Pacific shores and quiet mangrove waters, life does not perform, it unfolds.

A butterfly lifts. A bird breaks the air. A reptile rests in sun. Each moment offers the same quiet instruction: slow down. Notice. Belong.

This is Pura Vida, not a phrase, but a way of being. A practice of moving gently, seeing deeply, and carrying awe long after you leave..

I came to Costa Rica with a camera. I left with a deeper understanding of presence.

These photographs are fragments of encounters — light touching feather, stillness holding breath, wings moving whether witnessed or not.

From ferry decks to quiet Pacific mornings, I learned that awe arrives when we stop interrupting what is already whole.

If these images offer anything, I hope it is this: Pura Vida is not a slogan. It is a way of being fully here.
